TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of reservation 29-15 days before arrival - 40% of the total amount of reservation shall be charged.
Cancellation of reservation 14-8 days before arrival - 80% of the total amount of reservation shall be charged.
Cancellation of reservation 7-0 days before arrival - 100% of the total amount of reservation shall be charged.
If a guest leaves a hotel before the check-out date, the hotel reserves the right not to refund the amount for the unused reserved nights.
The hotel does not take into account unfavorable weather conditions as a valid reason for cancellation of the reservation or temporary departure from the hotel.
