Hotel CLUB A

LOCATION: Hotel Club A is situated in the very heart of vivid Kopaonik Ski Resort. On an altitude of 1750m above sea level, Club A has turned passion for hospitality into its most distinguishing feature, which blends luxury and coziness with uniqueness and tradition.

SERVICES: Breakfast and dinner (half board) are buffet-style. The irresistible specialties such as famous Kopaonik grill or so-called "chill & grill", and steaks cooked to perfection are signature dishes and the main recommendations of hotel’s a-la cart restaurant.

ROOMS: Club A has 91 comfortably set up rooms of diverse sizes and two apartments. Double rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two single beds. Triple rooms have a queen-sized bed and a single bed or three single beds. All rooms have a television and phone. Baby cot is free of charge. Room rate includes free Wi-Fi and use of EVA spa & wellness center.

FACILITIES, SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT: Hotel restaurant, pub, conference hall, large pool, playground for children, barber shop and hairdresser. In a newly opened ski service, you can rent the latest ski equipment of famous brands for beginners and advanced skiers. Club A offers guests the best luxury spa and wellness experience. Relax after an active day on the slopes or just watch snowflakes falling, from the warmth of the hot tub, enjoying peace and comfort. The use of the sauna is free for hotel guests.

CHECK-OUT: 10:30. 

TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation of the reservation in the period from the moment of making the reservation until 14 days before arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
In case of no-show or in case of cancellation of the reservation in the period from 14 to 0 days before arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty in the amount of 100% of the total amount of reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to keep the previously paid advance payment in full.
In case of non-arrival (no show) or early departure, the guest shall be charged the total amount of reservation for each No-show / early departure of the guest.
In the event of force majeure (large-scale weather disaster, strike, war, epidemic, death, terrorist attack, closure of airports, railway and bus stations, or similar unforeseen circumstances), causes the guest's no-show, the client shall not be charged for the no-show. In case of the introduction of a state of emergency, and with the aim of preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus at the state level, closing the border, or declaring emergency measures at the level of the Municipality Raska, the client has the option:
- to use the paid funds to arrive at another date (depending on availability).
- to ask the hotel for a refund of the funds paid. In case of cancellation due to a positive result for COVID-19, attached to the request for cancellation, the guest has the right to cancel the reservation free of charge, i.e. as in the example above, use the funds for another reservation or request a refund.
