About Villa 393
LOCATION: Villa Casa Del Mare is located on the edge of the Adriatic Sea, just 10 minutes from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The location and superior comfort amaze at first sight.
ROOMS: It spreads over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the upper level there is an entrance hall, an office and a modernly equipped fitness room. The second level is an open space consisting of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms (three on the west side and two separate on the east side). The bedrooms in the western part are decorated with artwork and have a spa bath. On the east side of the villa the bedrooms are spacious, neutral in decor, each with its own bathroom with shower.
SERVICES: Fully equipped kitchen.
FACILITIES, SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT: Guests can enjoy the furnished terrace and Infinity pool. Nearby are Elafiti, Mljet, Korčula and Pelješac.
BEACH: A stone-lined pier (which is like a terrace) is only a few steps away from the villa. It is surrounded by rocks and there are deck chairs. Boats can also access the pier.
