LOCATION: Modern villa Bepina is a villa with four bedrooms and a private pool, located in Labin/Rapac in Istria. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and offers a beautiful view of the island of Cres.

ROOMS: On the ground floor there is a living room and a dining room that open into the kitchen with patio doors. Patio doors lead to the striking terrace and pool. On the same level there is a bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor offers three double bedrooms and bathrooms that have balconies overlooking the pool and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Guests staying here will surely enjoy the beautiful countryside and peaceful surroundings.

SERVICE: Just a 15-minute drive from the villa is the popular fish restaurant 'Martin Pescador' in the village of Trget. There are many supermarkets and small grocery stores in the town of Labin.
